Suave Lunar Tequila

Suave Lunar Tequila is an ultra-premium, certified organic, and kosher tequila crafted at Hacienda de Oro (NOM 1522) in Amatitán, Jalisco. This unique expression beautifully bridges the gap between a traditional Blanco and a Reposado. After distillation, the pristine spirit is rested in American white oak barrels for exactly 28 days—one full lunar cycle. Because this resting period falls just short of the two-month legal minimum required for a Reposado, it technically remains a Blanco. However, this brief barrel contact is enough to soften the spirit, imparting a faint golden hue and subtle notes of vanilla while perfectly preserving the bright, vibrant essence of the roasted agave.

Food Pairing: Fresh ceviche, grilled white fish tacos, fresh guacamole, mild goat cheese, or a light citrus salad.

Tasting Notes : Very pale straw to faint golden hue in appearance with a remarkably smooth, clean, and gently rounded mouthfeel.

Nose : Bright and crisp, featuring vibrant aromas of sweet roasted agave, fresh citrus, mint, and white pepper, elegantly underscored by a very subtle whisper of vanilla and oak.

Palate : Smooth and refreshing, delivering a burst of crisp agave, lemon zest, and delicate herbal notes, beautifully rounded out by a faint, creamy touch of vanilla and gentle wood spice from its short time in the barrel.

Finish : Clean, crisp, and refreshing, leaving lingering notes of sweet agave, gentle white pepper, and a remarkably soft finish.

Serve : Serve neat in a tequila copita or Glencairn glass, on the rocks, or as the base for a highly elevated, premium Margarita or Paloma.
