Suave Extra Anejo Joven Matchmaker Edition - Grover Tequila

Suave Extra Anejo Joven Matchmaker Edition - Grover Tequila is an ultra-premium, certified organic, and kosher limited-release sipping tequila. Created in collaboration with Tequila Matchmaker founders Grover and Scarlett Sanschagrin, this highly sought-after collector's edition is a meticulously crafted Joven. Grover’s specially selected expression (known as 45G) features a unique and precise blend of roughly 63% unaged Blanco and 37% 56-month-old Extra Añejo tequila. Bottled at a robust 45% ABV (90 proof) and strictly limited to just 278 bottles, it showcases the vibrant, crisp spirit of a high-quality blanco beautifully married with the rich, luxurious complexity of an aged Extra Añejo, resulting in a bold profile celebrated for its dried fruit, dark chocolate, and warming baking spices.

Food Pairing: Roasted pork medallions, smoked brisket, rich mole poblano, dark chocolate desserts, or aged cheddar cheese.

Tasting Notes : Light golden amber in appearance with a rich, viscous, and well-structured mouthfeel.

Nose : Expressive and robust aromas of dried fruit, raisin, warm holiday baking spices, brown sugar, and a hint of earthy minerality.

Palate : A luxurious and slightly dry blend of ripe agave and rich barrel influence, delivering bold notes of raisin, butter, dark chocolate, clove, and a beautiful underlying roasted agave sweetness.

Finish : Medium-long and warming due to the higher proof, leaving lingering notes of dark chocolate, gentle clove, and roasted agave.

Serve : Serve neat at room temperature in a tequila copita or a Glencairn glass to fully appreciate the complex aromatics and the depth added by the elevated ABV.
