Stumbletown Distilling Original Gin 750ml

Stumbletown Distilling Original Gin is a classic Canadian craft spirit produced by Stumbletown Distilling in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Distilled in small batches using 100% locally sourced Saskatchewan grain, this flagship expression reflects a prairie-forward interpretation of the traditional London Dry style. The botanical blend balances resinous juniper berries with locally harvested lavender, lemon peel, coriander, and earthy roots, delivering a clean, well-rounded, and versatile profile.

Food Pairing: Grilled salmon, lemon-herb roasted chicken, goat cheese crostini, fresh oysters on the half shell, and cucumber salads.

Tasting Notes: Crystal clear in appearance with a smooth, silky, and clean mouthfeel.

Nose: Fresh and floral up front, featuring vibrant piney juniper and fragrant Saskatchewan lavender, complemented by zesty lemon peel and earthy angelica root.

Palate: Balanced and crisp, opening with a bold hit of resinous pine juniper, followed by bright citrus notes, gentle peppery coriander, and a subtle floral herbaceousness.

Finish: Medium-long, clean, and dry with lingering notes of lemon zest, subtle lavender perfume, and a warm juniper finish.

Serve: Serve over ice topped with premium Indian tonic water and a twist of lemon, or build into a classic Dry Martini, Aviation, or Tom Collins.
