About the Stroppiana Bricco Cogni Barolo
A magnificent single-vineyard Piedmontese red wine sourced from the highly regarded Bricco Cogni MGA within the Rivalta hamlet of La Morra. Hand-harvested from low-yielding vines, it undergoes traditional vinification before resting for 24 months in large French oak casks. It displays a classic ruby red profile with garnet reflections, bursting with a broad, intense aromatic spectrum of ripe raspberries, pomegranate, chinotto, and warm baking spices, all framed by a deep, finely textured weave of muscular yet velvety tannins and a remarkably long, savory finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs flawlessly with slow-braised beef short ribs (Barolo chinato style), roasted rack of lamb with wild herbs, rich tajarin pasta with fresh black truffles, or mature cheeses.

Due to the Alberta Government distribution system, BSW Liquor cannot always guarantee the availability of specific vintages. We regularly update our website to reflect the most accurate vintage information. In instances where the requested vintage is not available, we will promptly contact you. You will then have the option to accept the available vintage or cancel the product from your order.
