About the Storm Vrede Pinot Noir
A distinguished single-vineyard Pinot Noir from Storm Wines, grown on a steep northeast-facing slope in the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley. Stony, clay-rich Bokkeveld shale soils produce a precise, mineral-driven wine with red cherry, plum, floral and earthy notes, supported by vibrant acidity and fine, silky tannins.
Food Pairing: Roast duck, grilled salmon, mushroom risotto, herb-roasted chicken and charcuterie complement its red fruit, earthy character, mineral freshness and elegant tannins.
