About the Storm Vrede Chardonnay
A refined single-vineyard Chardonnay from Storm Wines, grown on a northeast-facing slope in the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley. Stony, clay-rich Bokkeveld shale soils contribute texture and mineral depth, while French oak maturation brings subtle richness to its citrus, orchard-fruit and stone-fruit character.
Food Pairing: Roast chicken, grilled lobster, seared scallops, creamy seafood pasta and roasted vegetables complement its citrus freshness, orchard fruit, mineral character and elegant texture.
