About the Storm Ridge Pinot Noir
A distinguished single-vineyard Pinot Noir from Storm Wines, grown on a cool eastern slope of the Hemel-en-Aarde Ridge. Stony, clay-rich Bokkeveld shale soils produce a precise, mineral-driven wine with red and dark fruit, subtle spice, vibrant acidity and finely structured tannins.
Food Pairing: Roast duck, grilled salmon, mushroom risotto, herb-roasted chicken and charcuterie complement its bright fruit, earthy minerality, subtle spice and elegant tannins.
