About the Storm Ridge Chardonnay
A precise, cool-climate Chardonnay from Storm Wines, sourced from the Hemel-en-Aarde Ridge. Whole-bunch pressing and wild fermentation preserve its purity, while lees ageing in French oak adds texture. Nectarine, lemon zest, wet stone and subtle toast lead into a tight, mineral-driven palate with saline freshness.
Food Pairing: Grilled halibut, lemon-roasted chicken, creamy seafood pasta, oysters and roasted vegetables complement its citrus freshness, mineral character and textured palate.
