Storm Ignis Pinot Noir 2023 is an elegant, terroir-driven South African red wine crafted by winemaker Hannes Storm. Sourced from a single, north-facing 2.38-hectare vineyard planted in decomposed granite soils, it opens with expressive, fragrant aromatics of wild strawberry, sour cherry, red currant, and crushed rose petals, layered with subtle flinty smoke, dried herbs, and warm baking spices. The palate is light- to medium-bodied, refined, and energetic, showcasing pure red fruit balanced by bright natural acidity, delicate mineral tension, and ultra-fine, silky tannins.
