Stockholms Branneri Oak Gin 750ml

Stockholms Bränneri Oak Gin is an elevated barrel-aged Swedish craft spirit produced by Stockholms Bränneri in the Södermalm district of Stockholm. Crafted using their signature organic Dry Gin, which features juniper, coriander, angelica, heather, elderflower, and lemon peel, the spirit is aged for several months in bourbon barrels alongside hand-selected Swedish oak chips (Quercus robur). To deepen the fruit and spice complexity, the gin is also rested with fresh organic Swedish winter apples, creating a harmonious bridge between vibrant craft gin botanicals and rich, rounded wood maturation.

Food Pairing: Smoked meats, aged Gouda or Cheddar, duck breast with fruit reduction, grilled pork chops, and apple tarte tatin.

Tasting Notes: Pale golden straw in appearance with a rich, smooth, and velvety mouthfeel.

Nose: Complex and warm up front, offering a harmonious blend of vanilla, toasted oak, and baked winter apple, grounded by resinous piney juniper, floral heather, and subtle citrus oils.

Palate: Rich, smooth, and multi-layered, presenting initial notes of sweet vanilla, toasted coconut, and soft oak tannins, seamlessly opening into piney juniper, warm coriander spice, and crisp orchard fruit.

Finish: Long, warm, and elegant with lingering notes of sweet vanilla oak, gentle baking spice, subtle herbal pine, and delicate baked apple.

Serve: Serve neat at room temperature or over a single large ice cube, garnished with an orange twist or a thin apple slice, or mix into wood-accented classic cocktails like a Martinez or an Old Fashioned.
