Stockholms Branneri Navy Gin 750ml

Stockholms Bränneri Navy Strength Gin

Stockholms Bränneri Navy Strength Gin is an intense, high-proof Swedish craft spirit produced by Stockholms Bränneri in the Södermalm district of Stockholm. Distilled in small copper pot stills using organic wheat spirit, this expression takes their classic dry gin recipe and boosts both the botanical load and alcohol content. Distilled with juniper, coriander, angelica root, lemon peel, heather, elderflower, and rosemary, it also incorporates organic winter apples to impart a subtle fruit sweetness. Bottled at 57% ABV, the higher proof amplifies the aromatic botanical oils, creating a rich, concentrated, and complex spirit.

Food Pairing: Rich charcuterie boards, cured salmon (gravlax), sharp aged cheeses, pork belly sliders, and dark chocolate desserts.

Tasting Notes: Crystal clear in appearance with a full-bodied, rich, and warming mouthfeel.

Nose: Intensely aromatic and fresh, opening with bold resinous pine juniper, crisp citrus oils, and crushed rosemary, balanced by floral elderflower, sweet winter apple, and warm coriander spice.

Palate: Powerful yet remarkably smooth, presenting a wave of piney juniper, peppery coriander, and savory rosemary, followed by bright lemon zest, subtle orchard fruit sweetness, and floral heather.

Finish: Exceptionally long, warm, and dry with lingering notes of crisp pine, savory herbal spice, and zesty citrus peel.

Serve: Serve over a single large ice cube with a splash of premium Indian tonic water and a fresh sprig of rosemary, or build into a powerful Navy Strength Negroni, Last Word, or Gimlet.
