Stockholms Bränneri Akvavit is an artisanal Nordic craft spirit produced by Stockholms Bränneri in the Södermalm district of Stockholm, Sweden. Distilled in a former jaguar workshop using a base of organic wheat spirit, this expression is the distillery’s modern take on the traditional Scandinavian aquavit. Built on a classic backbone of caraway and dill seeds, the spirit is co-distilled with botanicals shared with their signature gin recipe—including elderflower, fennel seeds, and lemon peel—resulting in a bright, herbaceous, and floral spirit that bridges the line between traditional aquavit and craft gin.

Food Pairing: Pickled herring (sill), cured salmon (gravlax), smoked trout, Swedish meatballs, aged Västerbottensost cheese, and open-faced rye bread sandwiches (smørrebrød).
