This traditional process is still used to create an incomparable family of world-class vermouths, available as Extra Dry, Rosso or Bianco. Imported Stock Extra Dry Vermouth is naturally crystal-clear and low in sugar. The perfect aperitif or martini mixer: balanced and subtle in taste. Clear water-white; subtle aromas of lemon zest, anise, and dried green herbs; on the palate it is dry and medium bodied with flavours of citrus, eucalyptus, black licorice and white flower.
