Still Austin’s Cask Strength Bourbon Whiskey, day becomes night as “The Musician” plays against a starry sky; the darker colors representing the more intense experience of the limited edition spirit.
Nose brandied cherries with fresh muddled mint, old fashioned blackberry cobbler with biscuit crust, and cinnamon toast in brown butter. notes of grilled peaches drizzled with balsamic vinegar, butterscotch pecan pie, and dark brown sugar waves of rye spice, nutmeg, and clove. 59% ABV
Mash bill: 70% Corn / 25% Rye / 5% Malted Barley
This deeper, more “metal” version of our beloved Straight Bourbon is made from a select blend of choice barrels, and bottled at a grow-hair-on-your-chest 118 proof.
In an act of masterful artistry, our distillers were able to combine power and subtlety into one gorgeous spirit.
Because of the demand for this magnificent juice we’ve decided to make it available year-round.
