Steinhart Dry Gin 500ml

Steinhart Dry Gin is an award-winning Canadian craft spirit produced by Steinhart Distillery in Arisaig, Nova Scotia. Founded by Thomas Steinhart, who brought generations of his family's German distilling heritage to the shores of the Antigonish coast, this expression is crafted using a traditional copper pot still. Built upon a base of Canadian grain, it combines classic juniper with locally sourced and select international botanicals—including coriander, angelica, lemon, and orange peel—resulting in a remarkably smooth, balanced, and classic dry profile.

Food Pairing: Fresh Atlantic oysters, smoked salmon blinis, goat cheese crostini, lemon-herb roasted chicken, and steamed mussels.

Tasting Notes: Crystal clear in appearance with a silky, clean, and coating mouthfeel.

Nose: Fresh and pine-forward up front, with vibrant juniper berries and crisp citrus peel, supported by soft earthy angelica root and delicate peppery coriander spice.

Palate: Well-balanced and traditional, opening with a strong core of resinous pine juniper, followed by bright lemon and orange zest, gentle pepperiness, and a smooth grain backbone.

Finish: Long, crisp, and dry with lingering notes of citrus zest, subtle herbal pine, and a warm spice finish.

Serve: Serve over ice topped with premium Indian tonic water, garnished with a slice of fresh lime or a sprig of rosemary, or build into a classic Dry Martini or Negroni.
