Vibrant and aromatic with red raspberry, redcurrant, cranberry and Morello cherry, layered with dried rose, star anise and savoury spice. The palate is silky and medium-bodied, with taut tannins, bright acidity and notes of cedar and chinotto through a persistent finish.
