Stateless Bourbon

Stateless Bourbon is an American blended bourbon whiskey developed by Milestone Beverages, combining traditionally produced Kentucky bourbon with a modern molecular blending approach designed to fine-tune its flavour profile. The bourbon component is a three-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon made from a high-corn mashbill and matured across differently charred American oak barrels. Bottled at 40% ABV in the 700ml market format, it delivers a sweet, approachable profile of cherry, toffee and dark molasses balanced by oak, spice and dried citrus.

Food Pairing: Barbecue pork, grilled beef, aged cheddar, caramel desserts, roasted nuts, or dark chocolate with candied orange.

Tasting Notes: Smooth and sweet with classic bourbon character, balancing caramelized sugar and dark fruit with toasted oak, warming spice and bright citrus.

Nose: Aromatic notes of cherry, seasoned wood and spice open the profile, accompanied by subtle confectionery sweetness.

Palate: Smooth and rounded, with sweet toffee and dried citrus supported by a firm oaky backbone and gentle spice.
