These rum barrels provide intense vanilla flavor, mellowed rye spice, and a bouquet of tropical fruits to our Carl T. bourbon
Our production team crafted a 4.5 - 6.5 year, small batch blend of Carl T. bourbon with two distinct mash bills. This blend was transferred into used Rum casks from Barbados (FourSquare) and Jamaica (Worthy Park), for additional aging.
