About the Stark-Conde Three Pines Cabernet Sauvignon 2020
A prestigious single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon from Stark-Condé’s high-elevation Three Pines site in the Jonkershoek Valley. Blackberry, cassis, black cherry, violet, tea leaf and cedar lead into a rich, polished palate with mocha, balanced acidity and finely textured tannins. Twenty-two months in French oak adds depth and refinement.
Food Pairing: Grilled ribeye, braised lamb shanks, venison, beef tenderloin and hearty mushroom risotto complement its dark fruit, cedar, mocha and polished tannins.
