About the Stark-Conde Stellenbosch Syrah 2020
An elegant, old-world-inspired Syrah from Stark-Condé in Stellenbosch’s Jonkershoek Valley. The 2020 vintage offers ripe blackberry and dark cherry with violet, black pepper, graphite and subtle spice. A fresh mineral core, fine tannins and balanced acidity create a polished palate with impressive length.
Food Pairing: Grilled lamb, pepper-crusted steak, venison, barbecue ribs and roasted mushrooms complement its dark fruit, peppery spice, floral character and fine tannins.
