A prestigious single-vineyard Sauvignon Blanc from Stark-Condé, grown at high elevation in the Jonkershoek Valley. The wine combines passion fruit, pineapple, grapefruit, lime and fynbos with concentrated fruit, vibrant natural acidity and a finely textured palate. Fermentation in mainly older neutral French oak adds depth without overpowering freshness.
