Perfumed and exotic, with honeysuckle, orange blossom and dried orange peel leading into pear tarte tatin and lemon curd. The palate is generous and mouthcoating, while subtle tannin, salinity and bright acidity provide freshness and carry the wine through a long finish.

Wonderfully perfumed aromas of yellow apples, rose petals, lemon curd and sweet spices. The palate is textural with focused acidity, giving notes of grapefruit, quince, lime sherbet and chalk. A finely constructed blend of 42% pinot gris, 30% riesling, 21% gewurztraminer and 7% pinot blanc. Delicious. Drink or hold. Screw cap.
