About the Stargazer Pinot Noir 2023
Silky and vibrant, with wild raspberry, dark cherry and rhubarb layered with star anise, cinnamon and violet. The medium-bodied palate combines bright acidity with finely integrated tannins, blackberry and savoury mineral notes, finishing elegant, spicy and precise.
Food Pairing: Pair with slow-cooked lamb, duck, mushroom dishes, roast pork, charcuterie, or Middle Eastern dishes with warm aromatic spices.
