Podrum Simic M&S Prepecenica Plum Brandy

Podrum Simic M&S Prepecenica Plum Brandy is a traditional Serbian plum brandy rooted in seven generations of the Simic family's distilling heritage. Carefully selected plums undergo a second distillation known as prepek, with only the selected heart becoming prepecenica. Matured in specially selected oak barrels, the brandy develops an elegant balance of concentrated orchard fruit, old oak, soft vanilla, and a lingering velvety character.

Food Pairing: Roasted pork, smoked meats, charcuterie, mature hard cheeses, dried plums, walnuts, dark chocolate, and traditional nut pastries.
