Distilled at the Owensboro Distilling Co., Stanhope Bourbon features a classic mash bill of 70% corn, 21% rye, and 9% malted barley. Aged in heavily charred American White Oak and bottled at 89.6 proof (44.8% ABV), it delivers a remarkably grounded, grain-forward profile that bridges the gap between a robust, earthy rye spice and a rich, honeyed sweetness.

NOSE

Inviting aromas of dry cereal grain, light caramelized pineapple, toasted oak, and sweet vanilla.

PALATE

Medium-bodied and smooth. Flavors of sweetcorn and honey are followed closely by dry, roasted peanuts, warm cinnamon, and faint tobacco leaf.
