Stagg Batch 23C

Produced by Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky, Stagg Batch 23C is an uncut and unfiltered Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey bottled directly at barrel proof. Released in late 2023 at 125.9 proof (62.95% ABV), Batch 23C was the lowest-proof Stagg release to that point. It delivers the series’ characteristic intensity through concentrated dark fruit, caramel and brown sugar, supported by vanilla, charred oak and warming baking spice.

Food Pairing: Smoked brisket, grilled steak, aged cheddar, pecan pie, dark chocolate, or caramel desserts with roasted nuts.
