About the St. Supery Dollarhide Sauvignon Blanc 2022
St. Supéry Dollarhide Estate Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc 2022 is an incredibly vibrant and beautifully textured white wine that brilliantly showcases the unique terroir of the estate's high-elevation vineyard in the northeastern hills of Napa Valley. Pouring a pale yellow with bright green reflections, it opens with an intensely aromatic and expressive bouquet of lively pink grapefruit, juicy green apple, and white peach, elegantly layered with nuances of fresh kiwi, subtle fennel, and a delicate touch of vanilla spice. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, perfectly balanced, and highly refreshing. Delivering a concentrated core of citrus and tropical fruit, it is enriched by a round, slightly creamy mouthfeel from its partial fermentation in new French oak barrels. Driven by a crisp, mouthwatering acidity, it culminates in a long, layered, and delightfully energetic finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs wonderfully with fresh goat cheese salads, raw oysters on the half shell, delicate grilled white fish, and vibrant, herb-driven vegetable dishes.

Hints of pencil shavings and crushed stone appear on the nose of the 2022 Sauvignon Blanc Dollarhide Estate, 16% of which was barrel-fermented in new French oak (the balance was made in stainless steel). Joined by fig and melon notes, this is a plump, medium-bodied effort, nicely rounded on the mid-palate, while retaining a sense of grapefruity freshness on the finish.
Like a bowl full of fresh peaches and green apples, this wine brings together an almost sweet ripeness and balancing, crisp acidity that lends a snappy, appetizing texture.
Fragrant and succulent, with a wonderful creamy texture to the background of white peach, lemon curd, celery seed and tangerine notes, revealing hints of Himalayan salt and serious energy on the finish. Drink now.
