St-Remy Grand Blend Edition #1 Brandy

St-Remy Grand Blend Edition #1 Brandy is a limited premium French brandy created by Master Blender Cecile Roudaut from five exceptional small-batch eaux-de-vie selected for their distinctive characters. Drawing on diverse French terroirs, grape varieties, distillation methods, and ageing approaches, the five components are harmoniously assembled into an opulent and balanced 43% ABV expression. Around 25% of the final blend comes from pot-still distillation, adding richness and complexity. Bottled without chill filtration or added colouring, Edition #1 was limited to just 8,624 individually numbered bottles.

Food Pairing: Seafood and lobster, Parma ham, lemon-seasoned beef tartare, semi-soft cheese with walnut or buckwheat bread, cranberry and hibiscus sorbet, and dark chocolate.

Tasting Notes: Amber with mahogany highlights, presenting an opulent, balanced and intensely complex profile shaped by mature fruit, wood ageing and rich gourmand notes.

Nose: Complex and mature, led by prune, fig, date, hazelnut and walnut, with layers of mocha, cocoa, honey, spice and wood.

Palate: Lively on entry before becoming intense, complex and long, with prune, roasted nuts and dried fruit developing toward richer gourmand notes.

Serve: Enjoy neat or over ice to showcase its opulence and balance.
