Crafted in the historic Padrón Valley of Galicia, this exceptional and highly unique Spanish red vermouth breaks traditional norms by utilizing a premium white wine base made from 100% locally grown Albariño grapes. Vinified on its fine lees to enhance its natural aromatics, structural volume, and texture, the noble base is meticulously macerated with a handpicked selection of 29 native botanicals. This artisanal blend includes wild wormwood (absinthe), bay leaves, lemon verbena, mint, rosemary, thyme, sage, lemon balm, sweet and bitter orange peels, hibiscus flowers, and chamomile. It pours an elegant, dark mahogany hue with soft coppery reflections. The complex and expressive nose bursts with intense aromas of ripe citrus fruits, balsamic herbs, sweet baking spices, and distinct floral notes. On the palate, it is beautifully voluminous, round, and balanced, matching a pleasant sweetness with a crisp Galician acidity and a long, lingering bitter-savory finish.
