About the St. Innocent Momtazi Vineyard Pinot Noir 2021
St. Innocent Momtazi Vineyard Pinot Noir 2021 is a highly expressive, biodynamically grown Oregon red wine sourced from steep, exposed slopes in the McMinnville AVA. In the glass, it shows a bright garnet hue, yielding complex aromas of crushed blackberry, black cherry blossom, rosemary, pine, and dusty volcanic earth. On the palate, it exhibits a dark, elegant nature, balancing concentrated wild berry fruits with hints of orange zest, blood orange, cedarwood, and eastern spices. Supported by cool-toned, lively acidity and fine, crunchy tannins, it concludes with a persistent, savory mineral finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs wonderfully with braised duck, mushroom cassoulet, roasted pork tenderloin, grilled salmon, and wild game stews.
