St. George Baller Single Malt Whiskey

A wholly unique and wildly innovative "California take on the Japanese spin on Scotch whisky." Crafted by the masterful distillers at St. George Spirits, Baller is an American Single Malt distilled entirely from barley (both heavily roasted and lightly smoked). It is aged in ex-bourbon and French oak wine casks, and then brilliantly finished in casks that previously held house-made umeshu (Japanese plum liqueur). Bottled at 94 proof, it delivers an incredibly complex, slightly smoky, and deeply fruity flavor profile unlike anything else on the market.

NOSE

Intensely aromatic with complex notes of smoked malt, dark plum, sweet almond, and a hint of earthy tea.

PALATE

Rich, full-bodied, and subtly smoky. Deep flavors of roasted malt and gentle campfire smoke are beautifully woven with sweet dark stone fruit, maple, and honey.

FINISH

Long, crisp, and clean with lingering sweet plum and soft smoke.
