A polished 2018 Saint-Émilion Grand Cru offering blackberry, blackcurrant, plum, violet, cedar, and subtle spice. The palate is full-bodied and structured, with refined tannins, balanced acidity, concentrated dark fruit, and a long, elegant finish with earthy complexity.
Food Pairing: Enjoy with roast lamb, grilled beef, duck, braised short ribs, mushroom dishes, charcuterie, roasted vegetables, and aged cheeses.

Very beautiful purity of fruit on the nose with currant, cherry, blackberry and dried lavender. Full-bodied, yet balanced and refined with beautiful, fine tannins and a fresh, vivid finish. I am impressed with the intensity and balance to this wine. Best ever? Try after 2026.
