Château de Saint Cosme Gigondas Hominis Fides is a powerful yet refined Southern Rhône red from one of Gigondas' finest single vineyards. Concentrated blackberry, black cherry, lavender, licorice, cracked pepper, and garrigue unfold across a full-bodied palate with velvety tannins, vibrant freshness, and an exceptionally long finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with grilled lamb, venison, braised beef, duck confit, rosemary-roasted pork, aged Manchego, or Provençal cuisine.
