About the Spotlight Merlot
Spotlight Merlot is a fresh Okanagan red with cherry, plum, red berries, vanilla, spice, and subtle cedar. Medium-bodied and food-friendly, it offers vibrant fruit, rustic tannins, balanced acidity, gentle oak character, and a smooth, lingering finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs beautifully with grilled beef, lamb, burgers, roast chicken, meatloaf, tomato-based pasta, roasted vegetables, and mild cheeses.
