Crafted organically with long native-yeast macerations, it displays an incredibly expressive and savory profile bursting with intense aromas of wild strawberries, tart pomegranate, spiced black tea, and balsamic herbs underpinned by a vertical, mineral-driven acidity and fine-grained, persistent tannins.
