Sori Della Sorba Langhe Nebbiolo 2020

A magnificent, artisanal Piedmontese red wine crafted from high-altitude vineyards using native whole-cluster fermentation and aged in traditional Slavonian oak casks. Pure and incredibly complex, it reveals lifted, energetic aromas of crushed black cherries, wild raspberries, rose petals, and damp forest floor underpinned by fine-grained tannins and a striking mineral-driven finish.

Food Pairing: Pairs flawlessly with slow-roasted rosemary lamb chops, rich wild mushroom or truffle risotto, savory duck confit, or medium-aged alpine cheeses.

 Lots of rose petals and stems with spices and black fruit, as well as oranges in both the nose and palate. It’s medium-bodied with lovely fruit, bright acidity and a peppery, spicy finish. A little tight now. Drink or hold.
