Bibi Graetz Soffocone di Vincigliata 2016 is an elegant, pure, and deeply expressive Tuscan red wine produced by charismatic artist and winemaker Bibi Graetz. Sourced from old, organically farmed vines in the hills of Fiesole overlooking Florence, this single-vineyard cuvée is predominantly Sangiovese complemented by small amounts of Canaiolo and Colorino. Fermented with natural yeasts in open-top barrels and aged in French oak, it opens with compelling aromas of wild red cherries, raspberries, fresh rose petals, rosemary, and subtle earthy spices. On the palate, it is medium-to-full-bodied and silky, delivering juicy red fruit flavors framed by fine, velvety tannins and a vibrant, mineral-driven finish.
