Snoday Gin 375ml

Snoday Gin is a handcrafted Canadian craft spirit produced in small batches using select grains and a distinct botanical blend. Formulated to offer a bright, fruit-led profile described as summer in a glass, this spirit balances traditional juniper and coriander with an emphasized citrus bill. Distilled to highlight clean citrus oils alongside classic gin botanicals, it delivers a vibrant, approachable profile suited for sipping neat or mixing into light, refreshing cocktails.

Food Pairing: Grilled shrimp skewers, fresh lemon-herb ceviche, goat cheese crostini, summer garden salads with citrus vinaigrette, and lemon tart.

Tasting Notes: Crystal clear in appearance with a clean, light, and silky mouthfeel.

Nose: Vibrant and citrus-forward up front, opening with bold fresh lemon and grapefruit zest, accompanied by resinous pine juniper, peppery coriander, and light herbal undertones.

Palate: Bright, crisp, and fruit-rich, featuring a wave of sweet citrus oils and tangy lemon peel, balanced by a grounded core of piney juniper, gentle cardamom spice, and subtle floral notes.

Finish: Medium-length, clean, and refreshing with lingering notes of crisp citrus zest, light spice, and a dry botanical lift.

Serve: Serve over ice topped with premium Indian tonic water or club soda, garnished with a slice of fresh grapefruit or a lemon wheel, or build into a bright Snoday Martini, Gimlet, or Tom Collins.
