Sloanes Dry Gin 750ml

Sloane's Premium Dry Gin is an award-winning Dutch craft spirit produced by Toorank Distillers in Zevenaar, Netherlands. Inspired by Sir Hans Sloane, an 18th-century physician and botanist whose extensive botanical collections helped establish the Natural History Museum in London, this expression is individually distilled in small copper pot stills using nine fresh botanicals. Unlike standard compounding methods, each botanical—including whole fresh citrus fruits (oranges and lemons), juniper, iris root, angelica root, coriander, cardamom, liquorice, and vanilla—is distilled separately to capture its peak essential oils before being masterfully blended together.

Food Pairing: Lemon-herb grilled salmon, fresh seafood platters, goat cheese crostini, cucumber and dill salad, and mild cream-based pasta dishes.

Tasting Notes: Crystal clear in appearance with a smooth, refined, and velvety mouthfeel.

Nose: Vibrant and deeply aromatic up front, featuring bright fresh orange and lemon zest, supported by resinous piney juniper, sweet floral iris, and a gentle hint of warm cardamom spice.

Palate: Exceptionally well-balanced and complex, opening with a burst of crisp citrus oils and piney juniper, evolving into warm peppery coriander, subtle vanilla sweetness, and earthy angelica root.

Finish: Long, clean, and dry with lingering notes of sweet citrus peel, gentle liquorice warmth, and a refined botanical dryness.

Serve: Serve over ice with a splash of premium Indian tonic water, garnished with a slice of fresh pink grapefruit or a strip of orange zest, or build into a classical Dry Martini, Aviator, or French 75.
