A spectacular collaboration between the iconic heavy metal band Slipknot and the award-winning Cedar Ridge Distillery in Iowa. No. 9 Whiskey is a bold, no-nonsense blend of straight bourbon and straight rye whiskeys sourced entirely from Iowa farms. Bottled at a sturdy 90 proof (45% ABV), the high corn content of the bourbon provides a deep, sweet, and heavy foundation, while the rye component kicks in with a sharp, aggressive, and perfectly rebellious peppery spice.

NOSE

Earthy and sweet with aromas of fresh sweet corn, toasted oak, honey, and bright apple.

PALATE

Rich, warm, and highly balanced. Lush flavors of caramel and vanilla cream are quickly met by a sharp, lively punch of black pepper and cinnamon spice.
