Skorpios 1618 Blanco Tahona Tequila is a sophisticated, artisanal spirit that pays homage to the most traditional and ancient methods of tequila production. Crafted from 100% estate-grown Blue Weber agave in the Highlands of Jalisco, this expression is defined by the use of the "Tahona"—a massive multi-ton volcanic stone wheel used to slowly crush the cooked agave hearts, preserving the deep complexity and essential oils of the plant. This labor-intensive process, combined with fermentation in open-air wooden vats and double-distillation in copper pot stills, results in a tequila of remarkable purity and depth.
