Sipper’s Rum is the ‘ongoing’ rum release from The Whisky Jury . This blended rum contains rums up to 20 years old, from 3 parts of the world. The label mentions Jamaica, Asia and Latin America, but the details are kept secret.
Sipper’s Rum wants to be a price-conscious alternative to all the single cask selections, an easy sipper but with the same high standards and a mild ester count. Cocktail material, I hear you think, but it’s probably more than that.
