Vibrant citrusy notes from our Vineburg Vineyard combine with rich tropical fruit nuances from their Firetree Vineyard to make our Chardonnay. A long, cool fermentation in both French oak and small stainless-steel barrels along with weekly bâtonnage adds complexity and length.
Pair the Estate Chardonnay with pizza mac & cheese, salmon rillettes, double or triple cream brie.
