A 2008 Mortlach single malt from independent bottler Signatory Vintage that was matured in a small batch of hogsheads for 14 years, before being bottled in January 2023 as part of its Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
Nose: Fresh pear, heather, milk chocolate, butterscotch, and winter spices.
Palate: Earthy vanilla, zesty orange, and thyme honey with a prickle of nutmeg and black pepper.
Finish: Salted caramel and sharp green apples.
