Signal Hill Canadian Whisky

Signal Hill Canadian Whisky is crafted from Canadian corn and barley whiskies and blended with Newfoundland water in St. John’s. The corn whisky is double distilled through a two-column still for a lighter, smoother character, while the barley whisky is pot distilled to contribute bready, nutty malt flavours. Matured across new white oak, first-run bourbon and Canadian whisky casks, it is bottled at 40% ABV and non-chill filtered, producing a rich yet approachable profile of honey, vanilla, dried fruit, toffee and soft oak.

Food Pairing: Roasted pork, glazed chicken, aged cheddar, butter tarts, apple desserts, or toasted nuts with caramel and warming spices.

Tasting Notes: Smooth and full-bodied, balancing honey and vanilla sweetness with raisins, dried plums, English toffee, soft oak and gentle spice.
