Siglo Red Blend Rioja

An iconic and globally recognized symbol of traditional Spanish winemaking, this classic Rioja red blend from Bodegas Manzanos is instantly distinguished by its unique, handcrafted burlap sack ("saco") presentation—originally designed to protect the bottles from light and temperature changes during transit. Crafted from a blend of Tempranillo, Garnacha, and Graciano sourced from the estate's vineyards in Rioja Alta and Rioja Oriental, it undergoes traditional fermentation before aging for 12 months in French and American oak barrels, followed by additional refining time in the bottle. It pours an elegant, bright garnet red with purple reflections. The nose is highly aromatic and inviting, revealing a complex bouquet of ripe red cherries, black plums, and wild berries, beautifully complemented by well-integrated notes of sweet vanilla, coconut, toasted oak, and a dash of warm baking spices.
