Siempre Plata Tequila

Siempre Plata Tequila is an ultra-premium, additive-free 100% Blue Weber agave blanco tequila crafted using a combination of agave grown in both the Los Altos (Highlands) and Valle (Lowlands) regions of Jalisco. Double-distilled and fermented with wild yeast in open-air fermenters, it delivers a masterfully balanced profile that combines highland floral citrus sweetness with lowland earthy spice.

Food Pairing: Fresh ceviche, grilled shrimp, oysters on the half shell, fish tacos, or citrus-marinated chicken.

Tasting Notes : Crystal clear and brilliant in appearance with a smooth, bright, and approachable mouthfeel.

Nose : Vibrant cooked agave accompanied by fresh citrus, orange and lime zest, green apple, white pepper, and subtle herbal grass and mint notes.
