Siempre Reposado Tequila

Siempre Reposado Tequila is a 100% blue Weber agave tequila produced using traditional and modern methods in Jalisco, Mexico. Crafted from a blend of agave sourced from both the Highlands (Los Altos) and Lowlands (El Valle), it is double distilled and aged for up to six months in American oak barrels. This process balances the bright, peppery agave flavor with soft vanilla, oak, and warm baking spices.

Food Pairing: Tacos al pastor, grilled shrimp, ceviche, roasted pork tenderloin, carnitas, and flan or caramel desserts.

Tasting Notes : Warm golden amber in appearance, offering a soft, smooth, and rounded mouthfeel on the palate.

Nose : Sweet cooked agave, vanilla, and honey accompanied by notes of toasted oak, citrus zest, and light white pepper.

Palate : Smooth and balanced with flavors of sweet agave, caramel, vanilla, subtle baking spice, and gentle wood tannins.
