Siempre Rebel Cask Reposado Tequila is a limited-release, additive-free reposado tequila produced using wild-fermented 100% Blue Weber agave filled into casks at still strength. Aged for 5 to 11 months in unique, hand-selected barrels—such as ex-bourbon, Bordeaux Sauternes, and maple syrup casks—it delivers a rebellious, micro-batch profile that balances agave intensity with complex wood character.

Food Pairing: Roasted pork carnitas, grilled ribeye, smoked gouda, glazed figs, or dark chocolate desserts.

Tasting Notes : Golden amber to pale straw gold in appearance with a rich, complex, and full-bodied mouthfeel.

Nose : Earthy cooked agave and caramelized pears accompanied by warm baking spices, vanilla, oak, and subtle floral fruitiness.
