About the Shot in the Dark Shiraz Petite Sirah
Rich and generous, with blackberry, dark plum and blueberry layered with sweet spice, chocolate and subtle vanilla notes. The palate is full-bodied and fruit-forward, with concentrated dark fruit, rounded tannins and a smooth, warming finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with barbecue ribs, grilled steak, roast lamb, beef burgers, braised meats, sausages, or mature cheddar.
